Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming or difficult to face alone. Counselling offers a confidential, non-judgemental space where we can explore what you’re experiencing and work towards change at a pace that feels right for you.
I will meet you where you are emotionally. Together, we can gently explore past experiences or current struggles, deepen your self-understanding, and develop healthy ways of coping.
